Add-ons for Likes-Dislikes bars on YouTube video thumbnails have been buggy
or completely fail.

The apparent reason... Accessing Likes-Dislikes requires Google's permission.
The number of such requests is limited per user ID. So... Somebody who
produces such an add-on ends up overusing their own quota of requests.

Then when he asks Google for a quota increase, Google says "Our bad, we
should have caught you earlier" and reduces his quota to zero for "violating
Google's terms".

Now, one such author includes a box to enter your own Google API key. That's
okay, but it also means, when you are using the add-on, Google knows it's you
even when you are not signed in.
