Windows 10 When I right click on a file in Explorer I get an enormous
number of choices, so many that Copy, Cut, Rename and Properties are
pushed down to the bottom so I have to click the little down arrow to
get to them.

Where do all these options reside so I can delete those I never use
or reorder the list?

We have a thread on that somewhere but the gist of it is to use a free app
such as Default Programs Editor for "open with" modifications, or something
like "Shell Menu New" to change what's in the "New" context menu or even
"Shell Menu View" to delete many other context menu items as you wish.

etc. at the bottom of the list. Typically available even on a laptop or
tablet with 1920x1080 resolution viewable without the need to scroll down.
Some installed application software provides the option to add
additional context menu shortcuts.
- you might consider revisiting the settings in those programs and
look for those program unique added features.
*Note* - in some cases the options to add a programs features to the
context menu is only available during the program install

Other routes, which others in this group might suggest are editing the

I'm not ashamed to admit that I tend to use these tools only when setting up
a new PC (which happens less frequently as I get older) hence I too forget
which is which when it comes to cleaning up the right-click context menu.

Someone (usually that means me or Paul) should probably write up a quick
description of what each does in relation to _only_ what can be done to the
right-click context menu when opened on the desktop or on a text file.
