This could be superstition but lately I've caught glimpses of some slight
weirdness.

At the moment, after trying another browser and restarting the PC... Google
search settings are not functioning (while not signed in). Could be just
something wrong with Google, just wondering...

Not working in Microsoft Edge either.

"Results per page" doesn't show a slider, the other settings are unusable
too.

And lastly... Reinstalled Windows (restored a backup) and it's still not working.

Something borked Google search settings...
