Is there any setting to make Windows command windows overlap upward instead
of downward?

I run a script which opens a score of windows which overlap downward.
The last line is obscured by this downward overlapping progression.

If I could set it to overlap upward, I could see the important last line in
each window even if there are a few dozen on the screen.

But can it be done?
I can set the layout so that they're all exactly on top of each other.
But is there a setting to overlap upward?
