Hello,

I try to configure my server to accept nocem messages.

However, I keep receiving error messages

"nocem[3457]: cannot find the gpgv or gpg binary"

I followed

https://www.eyrie.org/~eagle/software/inn/docs-2.4/perl-nocem.html

and used gpg to build the keys, so I know gpg (and gpgv) are here and
executable from ~news.

I added links from gpgv1 and gpgv2 without any more result.

inncheck -a -v -f --pedantic --perm

is ok:

Looking at /etc/news/newsfeeds...
ME, controlchan!, innfeed!, inpaths!, nocem!, news2mail!, test,
linux-31, alphanet.ch, aioe, i2pn, pasdenom, done.

what did I forget?

There seems to be an issue in the OpenSUSE package. The path to gpg and
gpgv should have already been set.
