when groups or id, I can see user in vboxusers group
but I still get this error, why?

"VirtualBox is not currently allowed to access USB devices. You can
change this by adding your user to the 'vboxusers' group. Please see the
user manual for a more detailed explanation."

ls -al /dev

drwxr-x--- 3 root vboxusers 60 Jun 16 20:26 vboxusb

Belonging to vboxusers on my machine, gives access to that
entry in /dev . Check whether your ls -al /dev
returns something similar.

So if you go to users & groups, pick your account and then click the list of groups you are in (on the left side). The
list comes up of groups. Are you in vboxusers and it's checked? Did you log out and back in, or reboot?
