Congress cannot repeal or alter a Constitutional Amendment. Period.

The Constitution and/or a Constitutional Amendment can only be amended
and/or repealed by the Constitutional Amendment process prescribed in
Article V of the Constitution. Once a Constitutional Amendment prevails
through the process, it becomes a part of the Constitution. No Congress
can change it; No court can change it; pursuant to Article VI, Paragraph 2
of the Constitution, "The Supremacy Clause".

That is *why* it is called a "Constitution".

The Congress starts the process, but it must then be approved by 3/4
of the states. Not likely that any amendment (or repeal of an existing
amendment) could get past that hurdle today.

In case you don't know, the 21st amendment repealed the 18th
(prohipition). So yes, a constitutional amendment CAN be repealed.

No! Unless the constitution was amended, the 2nd amendment remains in
force.

Laws passed by Congress do NOT override the Constitution... unless
people are stupid enough to pay attention to such laws.

And not only that, but our current Supreme Court is making rulings
that are chipping away at overregulation... such as in New York.

It was called "Prohibition". I cited that earlier in the thread. Try to
keep up.

I did NOT say a Constitutional Amendment cannot be repealed. I said
Congress CANNOT repeal or alter a Constitutional Amendment. "PERIOD!"

I realize you probably didn't take Honors English in your Social Promotion
GED education indoctrination - and "reading" was likely not high on the
list of required subjects either; but, this shit ain't rocket surgery.
I don't really want to hear anymore of you moron snowflakes whining about
how difficult it is to amend the Constitution. This is a direct result of
your awards of participation-trophies and whatever "flavor" Kool-Aid they
were feeding you in your decadent public school system district.

If you don't like guns or AR-15s, then go ahead and move to Cuba or Russia
or Chicago where they're totally illegal.

Meanwhile, let the adults work on controlling the crazy people that you
Liberals are unleashing on law-abiding society.

This argument is academic, what the Second Amendment was meant to protect has
already been taken away. Your precious gun wasn't one of those things. The
only thing you can do with it now is blow your brains out when some day they
come to take it away, if you have the courage.

The fact it's a constitutional amendment doesn't define the term "arms" or
who exactly and where exactly arms are permitted. That's defined by the times
when it was written.

It's all been taken away already and you couldn't do anything about it if you
tried. Our Supreme Court has been making up law for decades. The recent
decision in Bostock v. Clayton County is the most obvious example of them
completely ignored reality. Whatever they think, they have no apparent
respect for the law or even our language (when such respect goes against
their politics). The Constitution is irrelevant.

By definition, YOU want the liberals in control because the RWNJs are
the morots (the RWNJs are not rational enough to be considered crazy).

So says the moron who misspelledth their own Subject line (OP).

Meanwhile, go back to your Left-wing TV shows which are inculcating what
little brain matter you have left in your diapers with the ideaology of
delusional whining, deviant inclusion, and diverse moral tolerance until
your Chinese and Russian masters invade through our open southern border
and ration your fast food dietary habits and transportation options:
