I uee Deluge as my torrent downloader. Recently, when I start it the icon
shows up in my task bar, Task Manager show it as running, and I can see the
files appear on my hard drive, but the process does not open on my desktop.
I trued turning in a bug report but was unable to find my way through the
maze on theri web pages. Help!

Is it possible to open Terminal/PowerShell/Command Prompt and do

cd /d C:\Program Files\deluge

deluge.exe

and watch for error messages to appear in the window it is
launched from ?

See if you can launch it in a way, that allows the error messages
to be printed to stderr.

It's got Python and Cairo in it. Just as Firefox has Cairo and Skia
for graphics and windows.

There is a shitload of code in there. Every DLL they could think of is
in there. Should be easy to debug :-/
