It would be great if somebody would update <https://sourceforge.net/projects/advtor/files/> as AdvOR does not work with v3 onion services.

Or is exists an alternative solution ?

OmniMix! Supports V3 and will generate it's own V3 onion addy
for private services. Works like a champ.
