I read this a little while back, and liked it a bit more than you did
it would seem. As far as the links to acquire, the e-book on Indigo is
to Kobo, so a direct link to that might be warranted. I like Kobo
because they sell you epubs, as does Apple, but I can buy on my PC from
a web site.
