My SE 2 battery is smaller than the wife's Android but runs the phone about the same hours of our typical light use. If a fully charged phone can make it through the day without needing a charge that's what most people probably really care about.

How long does it take to charge your phone from completely dead to
completely full using the charger that came free with the phone?

All modern phones nowadays have huge batteries and mine is no exception.
I ran a test last night and mine took 2-1/4 hours to go from 0 to 100%

Specs:
Free 64 GB 8-core Samsung Galaxy A32-5G with a modern 5 Ah battery
Free 9.0V at 1.67A & 5.0V at 2.0A modern fast charger in the box
Phone purposefully run all day & night with LED flashlight on
until phone shut down indicating 1% battery.

Booted phone at 6:33AM and put on the charger & at 8:45AM today.
The phone said "*Your battery is half charged*" just one hour later.
Another hour & fifteen minutes the phone spoke out that it was full
"*Your battery is now at 100% charge*"

How long does it take _you_ to charge your phone from dead to full?

Most phones often ship (or in Apple and Samsung's case shipped) with a
relatively cheap charger, but you can get a more powerful one that
charges quicker.

My SE2 (my personal phone, on T-mob) is good for maybe a day and a half
before it runs dry. My 12 (company phone, on AT&T) lasts over 2 days without
charging, if necessary. I usually just plug them in at night, and by morning
they’re charged. On occasion I’ve forgotten to plug in, or there was a
reason why I couldn’t, which is how I know that the SE2 will go a day and a
half without a charge and the 12 will do 2 days. Plug them into power and
they’re good in a few hours.

I used to have an Android phone. It could do three days on a charge... but
that was because it ran Honeycomb, could not be upgraded, had pitifully small
storage and RAM and couldn’t load many apps because of that, and froze a
lot. It didn’t use much power when it froze. It also didn’t run any apps,
or send or, critically, receive calls or texts. I got rid of it and replaced
it with an iPhone. There would be a reason why I have used iPhones ever
since. It doesn’t bloody matter if the phone has an awesome battery which
lasts a week if it can’t do what I want it to do. By actual test, Android
phones don’t do what I want, but iPhones do, and have done so for over a
decade. (The Honeycomb phone lasted six months and was replaced by an iPhone
4s. T-mob. My phone. At the time the company mandated the use of Windows
phones... until MS screwed them by changing the WinPhone OS in ways not
compatible with the very expensive special apps that they wanted to run...
and did it _twice_. Maybe three times. The company rebuilt the apps for iOS
and Android and kicked WinPhones to the curb. At first, over 70% of the
company phones in use were Android. Over time, that’s now over 90% are
iPhones. Our employees find that Android phones are cheaper, but not as
good... and vote with their feet. We may drop Android support for our special
apps, as so few people working here want to use Android phones and tablets.)

b. Industry standard 3.5mm jacks for general use
c. FM radios for emergency & specific needs

What you're running into is the iKooks own an imaginary belief system that

Steve & I both ran a search but nospam claims we're too stupid to find the

It doesn't matter _what_ basic functionality is missing from nospam's
beloved choice in phones as nospam will defend that missing basic
functionality to the death by a myriad of excuses he fabricates.

What remains nonetheless, is the fact the iPhone lacks basic functionality.

a. Industry standard sdcard slots to use with _portable_ memory cards
b. Industry standard 3.5mm jacks for overall general-purpose needs
c. FM radios for emergency use & for specific needs when you're off the net
d. License-free cables & ports (such as industry standard USB-C cables)
e. Fast chargers (or at least slow chargers) provided gratis, in the box
f. Modern capacity batteries (more than 4-1/2 to 7 Amp hours nowadays)
etc.

All of that basic common hardware functionality is on _most phones_ today.
Just not on any current iPhone.

That's what is consistent & not nospam's myriad excuses as to why that fact.
