I'm telling you the truth that you don't want to hear. You've been at this so long you're unable to even entertain the idea that you might be wrong.

Think about it: how likely is it that not only that *everyone* is lying to you when they have no incentive to, but that all of these people that have nothing to do with each other are all telling the *same* lie?

The far more likely scenario is that you're wrong but are unable to see it. As I mentioned in the SO chat a few months back and as Richard mentioned recently, you are the textbook example of Dunning-Kruger effect in action.
