I don't have a say in Missouri law.

California law is consistent: the murder code distinguishes
between a person and a fetus. The section also explicitly states
abortion is not fetal murder.

Interestingly, while the First Amendment protects us from the government restricting our
speech it doesn't protect us from bearing responsibility for that speech. Civil courts
can be utilized to penalize liars like Lake, Trump, OAN, Fox, Newsmax and their ilk simply
by forcing them to prove their lies in court under threat of dire deep pocket penalty.
Maybe they'll eventually learn that they can't get away with lying after all. I look
forward to the myriad lawsuits against extremist "news" outlets being called to account
for their deliberate and habitual um, "inaccuracies".
