Thursday was salmon with the 2006 Jadot (Gagey) “Baudes” Chambolle-Musigny 1er. Takes quite a while to open, when it does full and rich with moderate acids and tannins. Black cherry and spice, this is rather muscular, and maybe showing more Jadot than Chambolle, but I like. B/B+ with potential.

lobster/corn/tomato 2015 Thomas Morey “Les Dents de Chiens” Chassagne-Montrachet 1er
Young, rich, pear, apple and light almond notes. Balanced acids, good. B+/B

Oysters grey sole rice Swiss Chard, and the 2014 Bize “Les Perrieres” Bourgogne Blanc. LIght and brisk, tangy ‘14 acids, citrus and pear with an almost Chablis-like seashell note. B+

Grade disclaimer: I'm a very easy grader, basically A is an excellent wine, B a good wine, C
drinkable. Anything below C means I wouldn't drink at a party where it was only choice.Furthermore, I offer no promises of objectivity, accuracy, and certainly not of consistency.
