Susana Dosamantes, the Mexican actress, who died 2 July, 2022, aged 74, appeared in around 50 movies and TV series, including a number of telenovelas (Spanish-language soap operas). She starred in the films Rio Lobo (1970), Day of the Assassin (1979) and Hit Man [fr] (1982), and worked in the telenovela El Juramento. She won the 1990 TVyNovelas "Best Antagonist Actress" award, for her part in the Morir para vivir telenovela.
