clearly it's the CURB's fault and by association the
manufacturer of the cement, right ?

and gets roasted then it's the SOCKET's fault and
by association the Electric Utility's fault, right ?

Gavin's "logic" means NOBODY can do ANY kind of biz
in California. The "logic" is way too easy to extend
in any direction, covering any and all.

Hey, the other 49 states should claim that if "it"
exists in California and causes a problem elsewhere
then it's CALIFORNIA's fault - and sue the state
into oblivion, right ? :-)
