Coming before or soon after... highway mileage tax (a lot less gas tax
revenue), tax increases to pay for needed infrastructure, environmental
clean up from the lithium disposal, additional wind, solar and fairy
dust to generate the electricity needed to charge all those cars and not
lastly but... to pay for the supplements for people to afford them.

Of course, being California, there will be more.
