Most are born as intelligent as they will ever be. Education is
simply a process of installing building blocks to use that
intellect.

The most formative school years are 3-8. This is where the chaff
separates. Many will never achieve skills higher than the first
year of high school.

The majority of modern college students are so deficient in basic
skills that they can't even complete a comprehensive job interview.

Corporate, state, and federal government HR departments are changing
their personnel procurement standards so that those with experience
and certifications receive higher preference than college graduates
with no work experience.
