Some may be interested in my Luthien Seagull experience
which I describe on https://www.nfld.com//~dalton/luthien.html .

I wonder what the chances would be of the gull having been
an Ivory Gull in Newfoundland in February? Perhaps it
was a more common gull and I just saw its white side
at a distance.
