a few texts and a video on how to make IEDs and a
3-D printed gun (she didn't even have a 3-D printer).

Seems the Ukrainians are WELL AWARE that people should
know all this stuff - it's a dangerous world - while
the UK vigorously suppresses such knowledge. Indeed mere
knowledge makes you a "terrorist". So, which country
is scarier ? Which governments feel the most afraid
of their own citizens, and why ?
