I wonder why you can't just pay with a credit card. Why limit your
customers to only those with a PopID?

There may be a reason. I can't think of one, but that just means
I can't think of one.
I had originally wondered why cash wasn't permitted. It's not as
if it would have no value. But then it occurred to me, accepting it
would mean paying someone to collect it, ensure there's enough money
in the machine for change, then take the remainder to the bank. While
it wouldn't be a huge amount, it would cut into profits a bit.
Presumably more than the fees assigned for use of a card, or PopID.
