I imagine that would be the same for tent sites? The unhoused, avoiding those high rents, could just move their tent over, a few hundred yards.... Of course, it's a hard life bumming, during the Winter, anywhere in Oregon... I'd be a snowbird bum, and head for San Diego, if that was my lifestyle.... They can sleep out most nights there in the bosom of California.....
