Mark Adams, the original Saint Vitus bassist, has died aged 64.

Adams played with Saint Vitus from their founding in 1978 to their breakup in 1996, and then in the reunited lineup between 2008 and 2016. Adams' death was confirmed by Saint Vitus guitarist Dave Chandler via Blabbermouth.
