While I understand ... the PROBLEM now is a lack of respect
for the 1st amendment and the sense behind it.

Lefty books should NOT be banned from the libraries, but
neither should righty books. "Popular opinion" doesn't
enter into it - a right is a right.

Public schools ... there's a bit of a "captive audience"
issue there. The little kiddies do NOT get a choice of
propaganda, it's jammed down their throats for like eight
hours a day. This requires different solutions.

In the 60s we had the Cold War jammed down our throats,
there was even an "Americanism -vs- Communism" textbook
in "Social Studies" class. That was a bit TOO ... but
it does not justify the opposite tact today because
that's just more of the same.

It is being twisted into a pretzel.

Correct.
Censorship is bad. Very bad. See Germany circa 1930's for details on what can happen.

> that's just more of the same.

As a child of the cold war, that is absolutely true.
Even cartoons like Bullwinkle were not so subtle "education of sorts" into "big bad Russia".

What gets missed as far as schooling is concerned is that much of this left wing material is highly
age dependent.
All the sex material, both hetero and homosexual, is simply inappropriate for young children.
And being constantly pounded with it day after day ends up being indoctrination of young easily
convinced minds.
This is why there is a huge surge of young people who are buying into the "45 genders" mantra. It
has little to do with society accepting or tolerating this lifestyle so people come out of the
closet but everything to do with indoctrination of young minds.

And it is wrong. Very wrong in fact.

"Bullwinkle" was surreal. It was as if "The Onion"
did a piece on a "Mad Magazine" version of the cold
and culture wars of the time. It was not a leftist or
rightist show, just a satire on the headlines and
pompousities of the day. It was done by intellectual
types having great fun with all the absurd and
contradictory takes on everything during the 60s.

I come across episodes on the tube from time to time
and it's possible to see a lot more in them than when
we were kiddies. You don't see anything like that
these days, cartoons were dumbed-down and cut with
buttermilk into utterly bland ultrasimple-moral-
lesson affairs. even the "for fun" Japanese anime has
far more depth than any American made toons these days.

"Natural" homosexuals are maybe one percent of the population.
That's not so good for political purposes. First that segment
blew itself up like a puffer fish, appearing larger, and now
the idea seems to be to convince lots of kiddies they are
gay-ish and thus numerically increase their political
representation. The psychological costs are irrelevant,
political power is the sole aim.

As I said, a captive audience encouraged to trust their
brainwashers .... what could go wrong ?

But politically useful. The more 'binary' world is framed
as "The Enemy" and 45 genders gives every kid an ever-
changing choice of identities ... all of which are, obviously,
in opposition to "The Enemy". Be gender 37b and you're a
hero, fighting the the evil cis.

I also suspect there's a certain "grooming" angle, prepping
Fresh Ass for the gender 3-45 segment.

One thing Marxists are good at is knocking down the pillars
of civilizations, destroying all certainties and what is
built upon them. Where they fall flat is in creating
something that actually WORKS to replace what they've
destroyed. They are more like vandals. Marxist Utopias
always degenerate into a gun-2-the-head experience
real quick.

The Bible?

Stories full of incest, rape, masturbation,
slavery, adultery, infanticide, polygamy. If any
book needs to be kept away from children it is
that one.
