USSC "draft opinions" mean next to NOTHING. They are "What If ?" lines
of judicial thought. They are not Law, and most will NEVER be Law.
The details of incoming cases will always rule. If a case DOES fit
a certain narrow criteria then a Justice MIGHT use their draft opinion
as a template for their eventual ruling.

But, of course, these facts aren't very useful for the neo-com
political purpose .....

Not too long back I warned that the neo-coms WOULD employ
somewhat unexpected methods to retain power, given their
AWFUL approval ratings. The "draft opinion" and Thought
Police ARE a sample of such left-field methods.

I said to sniff these things out and pro-actively
thwart them. So far, nobody right of Trotsky has ...
