Yep, like what doesn't seem ALL too long ago, people who
invested in marginal real-estate are now seeing NO BUYERS
at their desired flip prices. Indeed most are gonna LOSE
money, maybe a lot.

Wait six or twelve months and I'll feel good getting
those needed home improvements (or maybe just raze
the existing too-old house and rebuild). By then the
construction/repair companies are gonna be HUNGRY
to the extreme and their prices will plunge.

ONLY "good" thing in this - the current housing boom
involved a lot more direct methods ... ie private
payments instead of megabucks worth of debt
