Dope is PROFITABLE, Very VERY profitable. You can charge
a lot because it's illegal.

If it's not illegal you may as well be selling potato
chips. Very little profit.

So - it's worth umpteen millions for the drug cartels
to snuff this guy as quickly as possible. Business
is business.

Can't really get away with this in the USA or EU
either - for essentially the same reason. The dope
lords won't stand for it, the cops and judges and
prosectors and pols they bribe won't stand for it
either.
