I'm not disagreeing that the mother was at fault, but THAT'S the nature
of the international border. If Texas wants to patrol the international
border exclusively, then it cannot take half measures. Part of it is
dealing with desperate people doing extremely dangerous things.

Texas wasn't there and they kept the federal government out. These
people might still have died but the feds would have tried to rescue
them.

One thing about Dropbox is that they're continually reworking their
entire interface, changing it on an almost weekly basis. Why they can't
just leave well enough alone, I'll never know.
