�somewhat likely� or �very likely� that Russia�s action made a
difference.

Voters who strongly disapprove of the president�s job
performance largely rejected the idea that the 2016 vote turned
on Russian interference, with only 18 percent saying it was at
least �somewhat likely.�

Perceptions varied by race, with 60% of African American voters
thinking it was likely that Russia changed the 2016 outcome,
compared with 43% of other minorities and 45% of whites who said
the same.

The poll also found sharp divisions along income lines: whereas
those with annual incomes in excess of $200,000 were most likely
to believe that Russian interference had impacted the race�s
outcome, those earning between $50,000 and $100,000 expressed
the most skepticism.

The widespread belief that Russia will meddle in midterm
elections
What�s more, Rasmussen reported widespread concern that Russia�s
government will try and influence the outcome of this year�s
midterm elections.

Fifty-nine percent of likely voters expressed an expectation
that Russia will meddle in the midterms, versus 34% who say it
is unlikely to happen.

For her part, former Secretary of State 'Resting-Bitch-Face'
Hillary Clinton has frequently cast doubt on the legitimacy of
Donald Trump�s 2016 victory.

Clinton told Fake News MSNBC host Joy 'Retard' Reid last year,
�It�s very clear that Russia succeeded. They believe that they
were able to influence the minds and even votes of Americans, so
why would they stop?�
