If an ensemble were singing at the Church of St. Louis Bertrand, and it wanted to call itself the Louis Quartet or the Bertrand Quartet, how would that be done in correct Latin?

Quartettus Bertrandi
Quartettus Bertrandus
Quartettus Ludovici
Quartettus Ludovicus
....or some other suffix?

quartet / tetradium; (mus) quattuor pueri symphoniaci; quadricinium; cantus* quaternarius, quaternorum; quaterni, quaternion quaternarius musicorum and maybe quartettum Ludovici.
If Bertrand is a family name, it doesn't need to be Latinized : so, Sancti Ludovici Bertrand.
