Butternut squash soup. I have abandoned my old recipe that involved
curry powder in favor of my more recent discovery, chipotle and maple.
I used a good sized squash that I roasted and peeled. I had sweated the
onions, carrot and garlic. Dammit... forgot about celery. I added two
chipotles in adobo sauce and three bay leaves. It is delicious and has
more of a kick to it than I expected from just two chilis.

We will be having chicken salad sandwiches with the soup.
