For those who asked the basic recipe is on the box of Wolff's Kasha.
There are several other Kasha recipes, even a Wolff's Kasha cookbook.
Soaking the kasha in beaten egg is my idea for pilaf. Feel free to
develop your own recipes. There are likely more recipes for kasha
than for rice and kasha is a lot more nutritious, in fact kasha is the
most nutritious grain.
