They CAN'T - even IF they were inclined. They're at 100%
capacity already.

And if Iran's buddies take a few more pot-shots at Saudi
oil facilities they can chop at least five precious
percent off the global supply in a single stroke. That
may not sound like much, but in the current environment
it's actually a CRITICAL amount - the diff between "just
barely making it" and "serious decline".

Joe just THREATENED Iran ..... I doubt it's in a good
mood. They'll put their proxies to work immediately.
The current situation give them tremendous leverage ;
small effort, significant results.
