Banh Hoi noodle sheets - my favorite noodle - cooked for 1 minute
and laid out on top of romaine lettuce leaves.

The current fermentation table...

4 liters STRONG ginger beer (less than 1% alcohol this time). One
cherry soda, one cream soda, one cherry cream soda. All the
sodas take about 24 hours.

Also, asparagus and mild piss peppers (ready in 2 more days!), and
a future jar of piss pepper hot sauce (2-3 weeks for that one).

And today's smallish harvest - not quite enough for another batch
yet because I had to give 8 away while I was picking them (damned
mooching neighbors! Yeah, yeah, I know, "It's a nice pepper plant
(for the third time). Do youuuuu.... Waaaannnnt some... MORE?) (*)
But tomorrow I'll have enough.

(*) I gotta tell him about the "piss" part.
