This morning I walked to 7-ll and I timed my short trip.
I left at.... 7:11am.
Just walked at a normal pace, not fast walking.

Anyway, walked there, spent maybe 4 minutes inside, then walked home.
Checked time when I got home. 18 minutes from start to finish.
Very close store.

I wasn't planning to buy bread today but I checked it out on the way to
the beer case. It was the freshest bread that I've ever felt so I bought
one. I need to make some super fresh sandwich(es) soon for lunch.

Soup and sandwiches for lunch today. Lay's chips too.

What sort of sandwiches go with Bud Light?
Braunschweiger? Head cheese?

So you left at 7:11 to go to 7-11. It took you 7m11s to walk
there, and 7m11s to walk back (after spending 4 minutes there).

You got it. Casual walk, not fast paced walk. I'm still dealing with an
injured nerve in my leg. I exercise it but have learned not to stress it
until it heals.
