The "burnt" stuff if simply smoked black pepper. Which never
"burns". It just gets tastier as it scorches.

Grilled slow over lump and oak pellets for 2 hours. I must say,
it's the best chicken we've ever cooked.

Looks absolutely delicious (as always).
I'll take one leg quarter (thigh and drum)
and also plenty of the Knorr's cheesy broccoli noodles too.
I like that stuff. Need to add to my next grocery list.
