It doesn't look like it, but the pork ribs are needed for the fat and
broth that I'll need for the posole. Ignore the beans, rice and barbecue
sauce. I got over a half-pint of what I was looking for.
What I do for posole is tastier than a split pigs foot although it lacks
collagen.

I used the dried pozole so it was more hominy. The next time I make it, it's going to be canned hominy for sure. The soup had a good amount of Korean chili pepper powder. This makes it nice and red but not too spicy.
