4 weeks late, but I'm getting a new toy! It's one of these.

I know it says steel wool can be used but I thought different grits of sand
paper was used to refinish floors. Anyway, congratulations on your toy/
birthday present.

I have done floors and if you get the right grit sandpaper, the tool is not going to spin but you will.

I have one of those, of a similar looking vintage, still in original
box. I never attempted to use it. It's probably buried in the back of
the storage unit that I really need to get rid of ASAP (waste of $40/mo).
