I don't know about making cake, but I just added 100 proof sour apple vodka to orange juice, and this is the best stuff EVER ! !

I think, sour apple vodka has probably been mixed several times with orange juice before.

Have you ever tried apple bourbon? That's pretty tasty. About 70 proof
or so.

Drink it straight, soak a fruitcake with it.
