b) Sanctions ? We CAN'T really sanction China worth a damn
because we moved all our manufacturing and much of our
natural-resources biz over to them. Xi knows this. Kill
China and we cut our own throats.

A) I guess you've never heard of "fallout" or considered what would
happen to any country that used nukes in a first strike.

B) The Biden administration is already implementing recent
legislation forcing the return of manufacturing here, especially of
critical goods like electronic components.

C) Their throats would be cut deeper. Any embargo of China by Europe
and the Americas would destroy their economy almost immediately.

Yes it will but you got to start sometime. Truthfully, this
particular problem is the fault of American consumers for choosing to
buy Chinese goods. For example, even after it was public that Apple
was manufacturing it's products in China, their customers kept buying
iPhones.

Times have changed and so has China. Now it has rich citizens and
it's billion people don't live scattered in the country anymore, now
they're concentrated in the cities.
