and have a Paypal debit card for $931.63 coming by Monday with which I will get AAA again a new 12V Battery for my Leaf and my Busey bank account opened back up!

Why would anyone ask for a debit card from PayPal?
Why not transfer the money to his bank account
and then use his actual debit card?

John: When your account is 'frozen', you cannot
take out money, but they will usually let you
deposit money into it, in fact, that is how you
'unfreeze' it.

If it is truly frozen, it means you are being
investigated for fraud. If that happens,
explain that you cannot plan financially.

That should keep you out of jail until
they take your house to pay your taxes.
