But I still got it!

3 eggs, 1/4lb of ham, 2 slices of American cheese, cooked through
(not snotty), slightly browned, wth S&P and Tabasco habanero.

And a big batch of my Mighty Meaty Beans (not hot, not sweet).

2 undrained 28oz cans of pintos to which you add 3/4lb of fried,
dry cured bacon cooked with one chopped onion after bacon is half
done, half head of garlic roughly chopped, 1/3lb of smoked pork
butt, 1/4lb of chorizo, cumin, chile powder, and cilantro to
finish. Simmer 25 minutes.

Just pull the eggs out of the fridge and/or soak them in warm
water beforehand. And fry the shaved ham in hot pan a few seconds
and take it out before putting in the butter and eggs.
