Spinach and a sweet potato were the Mustogovian ingredients. Along with
a Barber* chicken I also made roasted onion slices.

The roasted onion rings were good and easy to make. Slice an onion
thin, no more than 1/4"

In a bowl, toss them with olive oil**, your favorite seasonings, spread
them in a single layer on a baking sheet. Roast for about 30 minutes at
375. Some will be over done but still good.

**I said olive oil but any vegetable oils can be used. If, however, you
use canola oil do not admit it on this list to escape ridicule.

I always have a box of these in the freezer. Of course they are not as
good as home made but some nights they just work. Quick and easy.

LOL I generally use corn oil unless what I'm cooking really calls for
olive oil. I'm not a cooking oil snob.

I used to buy those Barber Foods frozen (raw) stuffed chicken breasts
when I was taking care of and cooking for my mother. Not bad, not bad
at all! She liked the broccoli-cheese and the chicken kiev.
