### - lemmie introduce ya's to 'this' guy whom have nicknamed the 'clutch
whisperer' heh, albeit totally ironic that he does utter a single word :D
(he's very zen?)

i mean, if'n you've gots a clutch of any description, then this dude will
literally wrestle it outta your car in front of your amazed eyes right on
your driveway haha... brilliant :)))

found him while researching some other lesser-needed work on the mini,
gaining access 'to' those parts (and repairing them) being what interested
me as the stripdown in both instances is similar...

but lol by the time he gets to the point where the clutch is ready to come
out, it looks like this poor car has been in a head-on smash that's
totally written it off haha... wouldn't personally even 'dream' of tacking
such a horrible + in-depth job??? geez!

looks a total mess (not to mention complete mystery heh) anyway, a tangle
of wires and parts...

that is until he starts putting it all back together? and then something
wondrous happens, in that it ALL suddenly makes stark + complete and utter
omg-sense!? wtf!

lol even the jobs had been researching, now seem simple and damn well
straight forward??

that what looked difficult/problematic before now looks like a piece of

### - takes 5 or 6 hours working flat-out to change a mini clutch + parts
(loads of money just in labour costs alone!)

around $1800 from a local mechanic, even more from bmw mini itself, which
is fine if you're rolling in dough...

us poorer peeps have to do things the hard way though + reckon could
actually now tackle such a difficult job having seen the clutch
whisperer... he's a great teacher!

mini clutch? no fuckin' problemo, can shit 'em for breakfast haha :)

HRC won his race today in Dubai.
more racing later on next month for him.
He's gonna be entered in a 12 million dollar race over there.
