Have you noticed in their radio commercials they never mention what grade is the meat they're selling?

I'm sure they'd say if it were Prime grade. I'm also sure it has to be the same Choice grade we all end up buying at the supermarket.

Choice Grade has been garbage since the corrupt politicians some decades back moved up the various grades to where the dog food stuff labeled Select could be called Choice, and the Choice grade
became the dog food junk that used to be Select. As for what used to be Choice became the present day Prime.

Prime today is no longer 'Prime", and I know this because I'm old enough to remember when I could afford Prime beef almost daily. Prime today is nowhere what it used to be, and the price of real
"prime" beef today is out of the reach of the average person's wallet.

The crooked politicians did it to get paid off one way or another - legal or illegal - "contributions" by the meat companies.

Ninety-NIne percent of this country's problems have been caused by our national - and local politicians - and our school system which through the decades have dumbed down the last few generations of
kids in the numerous number of "woke" states to the level of damn near uneducated morons.

The counter argument is that consumers have expressed a strong preference for
lean/grass fed beef. Since Prime meant well marbled, it wasn't selling well. In
any case, many local butchers sell ungraded beef that is well marbled. There's
no law that states retail beef has to be USDA graded.
