On Mon, 26 Dec 2022 "Oleg Smirnov" got caught lying again:
><https://tinyurl.com/2h3zq7on> newsbreak.com

That article references a Washington Post article as its source.
https://www.washingtonpost.com/business/2022/12/23/american-emigrants/
and according to that WAPO article, everything you've said about
emigration is wrong.

>.. People are moving out of the United States ..
>
>The number of people moving out of the United States is on the rise.
>In fact, nearly 22 million Americans have moved to other countries
>since 2020.

The number given by Newsbreak's "source", the WAPO is 2.8 million
TOTAL, not 22 million in two years.

>So, what's driving this trend? ..
>
>- Economic Concerns ..
>- Political Instability ..
>- Gun Violence ..
>- Income Inequality ..
>- Lack of Social Mobility ..

None of these are given by the WAPO source article as reasons for
expatriation. Your Newsbreak article is, in fact, a pack of lies.

>Whatever the reason may be, it's clear that an increasing number of
>people are choosing to leave America in search of a better life in
>other places.

Here are the reasons given by the WAPO source article but completely
ignored by "Newsbreak".

"After the 2004 reelection of George W. Bush, the 2020 election of Joe
Biden and the 2016 election of Donald Trump, Google search interest in
moving to Canada spiked. It happened again in June, after the U.S.
Supreme Court overturned the landmark abortion rights ruling Roe v.
Wade. "

>> <https://archive.is/ONUAF>

Another WAPO article. This one is titled, "Their ancestors came to
America. After Dobbs, they want out."

"On the morning of June 27, Julie Schäfer logged into her work
computer and sat stunned at what she saw. The lawyer at Schlun &
Elseven in Düsseldorf often helps Americans obtain dual citizenship in
Germany, and that Monday morning, she scrolled and scrolled and kept
scrolling. A flood of more than 300 inquiries had piled up in the
firm’s inbox. "

>> .. They want out ..

. . . mostly because of Republican policies and extreme, blind
partisanship.

While the writer's "in fact" does not point to something backing the
fact, this "alternative" 2.8 million figure doesn't seem realistic.
The US government's own "accountability office" officially reported,
by 2015, about 9 million <https://is.gd/DVYtej>. Then, 7 years later
the figure would likely have increased significantly.

Bloomberg reported recently <https://archive.is/iXw1z> about the
mass emigration from the US with citing "rising cost of living" as
the main driver.

Indeed, when half of the population is perennially on substances,
and many carry guns, it's not a kind of environment where one may
feel cozy.

Companies helping to migrate out from the US, get a new citizenship
etc, report large influx of clients <https://tinyurl.com/2phdgttt>.
Google Trends show a significant surge of searches for "how to move
out of the US" <https://tinyurl.com/2ntawnxy> in the recent decade.
"Interest in moving out of the US is on the rise .. People are
beginning to wonder if the U.S. is as great a place as they always
thought it was" <https://archive.is/zFw7U>

There are misc personal reasons. The very basic reason is that America
is increasingly becoming more discomfortable for life, year after year.
It's because America is declining and deteriorating.

The America's increasing lagging might be seen already many years ago,
and sane people saw it earlier (e.g. <https://archive.vn/EIfbg>)
But given that the regular Americans en masse are like a herd of silly
zombies, such warnings were not noticed well. So the path into further
decline has become irreversible.

American future it surely bleak, so get out of there while you can.

Inflation, recession, and declining US hegemony

China is showing the early stages of making an economic comeback.
Russia's economy has not been badly damaged by sanctions, as the
western media would have us believe. All members of Asian trade
organisations are enjoying the benefits of cheap oil and gas while
the western alliance turns its back on fossil fuels.

The message sent to Saudi Arabia, the Gulf Cooperation Council,
and even to OPEC+ is that their future markets are with the Asian
hegemons. Predictably, they are all gravitating into this camp.
They are abandoning the American-led sphere of influence ..
Energy exporters are feeling their way towards new commercial
arrangements in a bid to replace yesterday's dollar. There's talk
of a new Asian trade settlement currency ..

Those of us who live long enough to look back on these years are
likely to find them to have been pivotal .. They will likely mark
the end of western supremacy ..

More than 200,000 Americans woke up without power on Christmas
morning .. The extreme weather .. in all 48 contiguous US states ..
this weekend, stranded holiday travelers with thousands of flights
cancelled and trapped residents in ice- and snow-encrusted homes ..
Twenty-two weather-related deaths have been confirmed across eight
states .. Ferocious conditions, with hours-long whiteouts and
bodies discovered in cars and under snow banks ..

The extreme weather has severely taxed the country's electricity
grids .. At one point on Saturday, nearly 1.7 million customers
across the country were without electricity in the biting cold ..

....

Americans are living not the very 1st day in this environment. The
system would have to be ready for it. If it doesn't cope then it's
one more indicator of the Amercan decline.

Voter inattention and, to some degree, indifference allow
politicians to get away with passing legislation without regard for
the outcomes .. In addition to funding unnecessary programs
yielding sub-par results, politicians use public money to distract
them and buy votes ..

For many in government, solving problems isn't a priority.
Politicians and bureaucrats "discern" problems where none exist and
propose "solutions" designed to increase their job security, power
and their access to taxpayer cash .. Bribery and other advantages
of incumbency produce self-interested, entrenched politicians ..

....

Things aren't good, and it will be getting worse.

None of this bullshit you posted can justify the lie of 22M American
expats or the piles of lies as to why they left. You cannot support
any of the article you originally posted. Not the numbers or the
justifications.
