T2 seems to revolve around screwed-up sugar
sensors in the stomach/duodenum. There ARE
treatments where they're literally "burned
out" with a balloon full of really hot water,
but that's pretty severe and they don't always
do it quite right - and then they've gotta split
you wide open like really quick.

Seems a chemical equiv maybe ......... ?
