bottled in the major cities where they are sold. It is ridiculous to

It isn't. The two big brands have just a tad more body than their
American big-brand counterparts, most likely due to different
proportion of malt and adjunct ingredients.

Canadian craft beers are no better then American craft beers, but
there are many that are pretty damn good ... just like in the USA.

some difference.
