once in mexico on a mushroom trip

second sober here in germany it walking by me while i was sitting at a

all the rational mind can do under such circumstances is to stand to one
side and acknowledge an experience occurring that it can never rationally
understand... the best one can actually 'know' (rationally i mean) is that
the experience (which is actually only a shift in awareness)

### - it's only a mistake to try and 'define' the experience: to try and
force-shape it/slot it to fit into some kind of per-conceived idea, belief
or form...

i.e., you saw/experienced... something! - and that's fine... problems only
arise when we try to define it (i.e., to 'know' it) rationally as all
being part of some kind of... 'system'

but there IS no system! - there's only a system invented by the
rational/logical mind in it's vain/glorious attempts to systematically
rationalise everything! to make-sense (rational sense no matter how
screwy) of things!

iow: there's 2 clearly different sides to our awareness see? a cultivated
rational side and an irrational side, science & math being all over on the
cultivated rational side, art & poetry etc on the irrational side...

most people being stuck being one OR the other (scientist or artist)

but 'some' people can do... both!

iow: they can actually switch between them at will, or on occasion, and
thus view 'life' from a completely different + usually more edifying
perspective :)
