family by man who was executed in enduring photo of war in 1968 -
played dead after being shot three times and then escaped to US

In 1975, around 125,000 Vietnamese refugees fled to the United
States after South Vietnam fell to the North Vietnamese forces

One of those refugees was U.S. Navy Rear Adm. Huan Nguyen, who
